We had an absolutely amazing experience at this luxurious 4-star hotel! The spacious room provided us with stunning views of the river, creating a truly magical atmosphere. The staff were incredibly kind and friendly, ensuring that every detail was perfect for us. They even took the time to explain each dish to us, as we were not familiar with Japanese cuisine. The added bonus of the open-air private bath added an extra level of relaxation to our stay.
We highly recommend this hotel to everyone. The level of service, comfort, and attention to detail was exceptional.

Private outdoor onsen with views was fantastic, and it was easy to charge our devices with the adaptors provided in the rooms. The location was also great, as it was close to public transportation.
the staff seemed uninterested in helping us with anything that wasn't related to the hotel itself, such as recommendations for nearby restaurants or attractions.

This hidden away onsen hotel has stunningly beautiful views, calming atmosphere, and delicious meals made with local ingredients. the large Japanese room with tatami provides an authentic experience, and the private outdoor onsen with a picturesque view gives complete privacy. the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, and they provide adaptors with many socket outlets to charge your electronics.
Some guests have complained about the distance between the rooms and the restaurant or hot springs, which can be a bit inconvenient.

The private outdoor onsen was a magical experience, offering stunning views of the forest and river below. I also appreciated the hotel's attention to cleanliness and enjoyed delicious meals in the private dining room. The attentive staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and memorable.
Almost perfect.

The private outdoor onsen and the large Japanese room with a tatami were great features of my xmas stay at this hotel. the adapter provided many socket outlets in the room, which allowed me to charge all my devices at the same time. the hotel was located in a mountainous area and had beautiful views.
I felt a bit disappointed with the traditional Japanese breakfast served at the hotel. Although it was a memorable experience, it was somewhat hard to bear.
